In January 2009 the Czech Philharmonic Choir of Brno was awarded another prestigious prize, namely, the Preis der deutschen Schallplattenkritik (German Record Reviewers’ Prize) for its recording of the Requiem for a Young Poet by B. A. Zimmermann.
